Tunisia excursions with your own driver

Private Tunisia excursions to Carthage, Sidi Bou Said, El Jem, Dougga and Cap Bon, from your hotel in Hammamet, Sousse, Port El Kantaoui or Tunis. You get one fixed price for the whole car, and you pay nothing until the end of the day.

No deposit. Confirmed within 2 hours.

A coach sells you a seat. Our Tunisia excursions give you the whole car.

Your group, your driver, your timetable. That is how all our excursions Tunisia-wide work. You leave when you want, stay longer where you are happy and skip what does not appeal. Because the price covers the car, four friends pay what one would.

Questions about Tunisia excursions

Prices, booking, children and payment: the excursions Tunisia travellers ask us about most often before a day out.

Or call us on +216 20 319 318

Which Tunisia excursion should I choose first?

Most travellers start with Tunis, Carthage and Sidi Bou Said. You see three UNESCO sites in one day: the medina, Carthage and the blue-and-white village, listed in 2026. If Roman history is your thing, the amphitheatre of El Jem and the Great Mosque of Kairouan make a great pair.

How much do excursions in Tunisia cost?

Our private day trips cost between €45 and €230 per car, depending on the day, your pickup city and your group size. The price covers the whole car with its driver, fuel, tolls and parking. As a result, a family of four often pays less than four seats on a coach tour.

Is it better to book an excursion at the hotel or online?

Hotel desks and beach sellers usually price per person and add their own commission. When you book with us, you deal with the local agency directly, at one price for the vehicle. You also get your route, pickup time and driver in writing before the day.

Where do you pick us up?

At your hotel, apartment or any address in Hammamet, Sousse, Port El Kantaoui or Tunis. You choose the time, usually 08:00 or 09:00. The driver brings you back to the same door.

Are entrance tickets and lunch included?

No, and that is deliberate. You pay tickets on the spot, usually 8 to 12 dinars per site, and you eat wherever you like. Everything to do with the car and the driver is included.

How do we pay?

There is no deposit and no online payment. You pay the driver at the end of the day, in cash, in euros or dinars. The price confirmed in writing is the price you pay.

Can we cancel or change the date?

Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Reply to your confirmation or send us a WhatsApp message.

Can we visit the Sahara on a day trip?

Not comfortably. Douz and Tozeur are five to seven hours from Hammamet, so the desert needs at least two days. Our day trips cover the north and the centre of the country, and El Jem is the closest you get to the south in one day.

Should we tip the driver?

Tipping is optional. If you were happy with the day, a few dinars or around 5 to 10 percent of the price is a kind gesture. It is never added to your bill.

Are the excursions suitable for children?

Yes. Friguia Park is made for families, and we plan breaks on the longer days. Child seats are free if you ask when booking.

How far ahead should we book?

Two or three days is usually enough outside the summer. From June to September, book a week ahead, because the 08:00 departures fill up first.
