Walk the paths past lions, giraffes, elephants, zebras and flamingos in wide, open enclosures, then visit the children’s area. Giraffe feeding usually takes place in the late morning, so ask the staff for the time when you arrive. The park also puts on regular African music and dance shows.

From Hammamet the morning costs €45 for up to four people. From Sousse or Port El Kantaoui it costs €90, and from Tunis €100; the drive from Tunis is longer, so you are back around 14:00. Park tickets are paid at the gate.

Caps and water
Much of the park is in the sun. Bring caps, sun cream and a bottle of water for everyone.

No. The dolphinarium closed in 2016. Today the park focuses on land animals, with regular African music and dance shows.

For families with children, yes. It is the largest wildlife park in Tunisia, the paths are easy and the giraffe feeding is a highlight. Adults without children may prefer a cultural day trip instead.
